"We hired them to put a small set of cabinets in our home and it's coming up on a year and a half and the job is still not completed. I understand being busy, and we were warned it would take a year to get started, but that doesn't excuse the last 6 months of a series of mistakes from the shelves being the wrong size, the hardware wrong (and still not installed), the metal work incorrect and having to have them cutting wood in the front of our home with dust everywhere and workers in and out for weeks fixing the fireplace surround because they didn't measure things properly in the first place. But the WORST is that I've had to manage them, chasing them for updates and missed items over this entire project. And with all of that, here I sit, 6 months after they've started the installation with an incomplete job, having to e-mail them yet again to get what we paid for."

"Appear to have gone out of business? Do not answer emails or their phone. Have contacted many times for an order I placed on website a month ago - but no reponse after a month of emailing and trying to call them. Update: They have charged my credit card for goods that they never shipped and multiple requests for a refund have gone unanswered. Highly recommend aganist dealing with them. Ian, Futher to your reply. You are still holding my money from 6 months ago. How do I get it refunded?"
