Kids Kingdom Drop in Day Care

"Used this daycare during my return to school as an adult learner this Fall for Anesthesia, as my schedule was quite heavy and I needed an extra hand. While it was nice having a daycare with the availability to care for my 6 year old this daycare was not as I had hoped. The owner doesn't seem to communicate with the staff effectively during issues and/or concerns. I showed up many times/rang the doorbell where the staff would be on the phone arguing with their boyfriend/partner, in the back texting or not paying attention to my 6 y/o child at all. There were many times I didn't say anything. However, after seeing how I was spoken down to the last time I was there, I didn't feel confident it would make a difference. I decided to take my daughter out for many reasons and had to arrange alternative care last minute for the last 4 weeks of seminar. In addition to these issues, I received an email asking to pay the last $50 or less I believe, which is fine. The only reason I had not yet is because I had not come back after the last incident. However, that is the only correspondence there has been since i withdrew my daughter. Not an apology, nor any action regarding my concerns. EDIT: Because I left this review, they have withdrawn from the school program and now refuse to one, address the issue of lack of attention to the young children in their care. Two, they will now withdraw from helping any other adult students from the college with consistent affordable care. This is a very unfortunate reaction, as I had wished for some sort of reconciliation, rather retaliation. Response to Owner; There have been many 1-star reviews and other parents concerned with the daycare or simple unhappy. I'm not allowing the narrative that I am the only parent to begin. I understand how small companies operate. I grew up with a family of business owners and respect small operation, knowing what it takes to run. With that being said, some changes need to be made, respectfully Teressa."

"So happy with Kids Kingdom!! My son LOVED to go play there when I have doctors appointments or work events. The teachers are so sweet and it's always clean and very secure. Couldn't love it more!"

"We absolutely LOVE Kids Kingdom!!!!! We just moved here and our 4 year old daughter has loved loved loved going here from day one- she literally begs to go here every day. They make it so easy- they provide snacks and meals if you don’t want to bring your own, they helped her through finishing potty training, everyone is SO kind, welcoming, and patient and she just has so much fun when she comes! We are forever grateful for this place!!!"

"My 2 year old has been going here for about a year and I love that she has fun, and I can depend on someone being there and keeping her safe. Ms. Trish has introduced tons of crafts and books and is so encouraging! Ms. Heather is amazing and I know if my kiddo needs a break from me, she’s there. Can’t recommend Kids Kingdom enough!"

"My son LOVES this spot! He gets so excited at the mention of it. The ladies there do the best job of keeping me informed on my boy’s happenings etc. Plus our refrigerator gets happy with all the cute crafts they do!!"
