"When I purchased a massage from Groupon, Tustin Bodyworks Bristro had an appointment 3 months in advance. I lost money as I never used it."

"I do not recommend this facility. I purchased 2 Groupon's as Valentines Day gifts for both my boyfriend and mother. Both of them had a horrible experience when calling and trying to schedule appointments. The receptionists were rude and said they are not schedule appointments for clients that purchased Groupon's until July or later and then they tried to up sell other services like body scans, therapeutic treatments and Chiropractic adjustments. I'm extremely disappointed that my family members were treated this way specially since this was suppose to be a special gift. Do not go to this facility unless you want to wait months to be seen and in the meantime up sold on unnecessary procedures."

"wasn't satisfied with the massage i got. i made sure to check when i made the appointment that the therapist i will be seeing does deep tissue massage. this was confirmed so i booked the session. massage was only relaxing! no deep tissue massage in there. time, money and expectations were wasted. i wish they told me that it won't be a deep tissue massage so i could have booked it with a different therapist at the same place since they had more than one person available."
