Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown 708 Demonbreun Street, Nashville, TN 37203

"Good breakfast, good manager's food and drink reception, good location next to Broadway and nice luxory feel. The bad - the night front desk person wasn't helpful when I arrived late and the side door was locked. Really seemed like I made her go far out of her way for some reason. Not sure what the big deal was. The TV in the bedroom isn't facing the bed. Why is it placed on the side wall? How does that make sense? For some reason you can't share drink tokens at the manager's reception. This isn't a huge negative and shouldn't be an issue, but somehow I was told no on the spot when I tried to share and the tokens were grabbed from my hand. The night reception also doesn't have coffee which is a negative. The gym is ok but not that good. There's no bench or squat rack and it is small. They don't stock any water in the rooms for coffee. A lot of small negatives that don't make sense but somehow are present."

"The room was a fantastic view. I booked a King Jr. Suite with a skyline view. Apparently they were short on King Jr. Suite rooms so they "upgraded" me to a double queen suite on the 25th floor with a view of Broadway. I don't see how you could have any better of a view of downtown Nashville for the price. Some may find this inconveniencing but when I saw the view I was more than happy to take the two queens as opposed to the king. I haven't done a lot of valet parking in my time but I thought 62/night was a little steep for a no self park forced valet considering I didn't drive or need my car one time while I stayed there. All in all though it was a great stay and I will likely only stay in this hotel when I visit Nashville in the future. I'm not really familiar with valet or how to price it but I do understand it since there is limited space in a downtown setting for parking. It ended up being 204.00 for the 3 nights that I stayed there to valet our car. Just make sure that you price this in to your total cost when booking for this location. 62/night plus a fee or something of around 4.50 per night."

"Excellent stay at the Embassy Suites. Staff is fantastic and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and quickly sent engineering to fix my door key card scanner. Gianna (??) at the front desk, and Michelle and Carl at breakfast were all extremely sweet, friendly, and truly care about your stay. Breakfast staff was very sweet and kind overall. Evening reception is also quite nice with a nice sprawl of snacks. View from the room overlooks the dazzling city lights and a glowing sunrise over Music City Hall. Walking distance of the bustling Broadway bars and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the downtown Nashville area. 10/10!"

"The first and most important thing I will say is that the service provided by the staff was wonderful! The hospitality and kindness we were given during our trip was the best I’ve experienced from any place I’ve stayed, ever. I was shocked at the parking situation, but that’s on me for not looking prior to booking; however, the valet staff was great and went above and beyond. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Nashville."

"I recently stayed at this motel and it was more than I could have imagined! The view from my room was spectacular. I took some awesome pictures and all the awesome eating places were within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was off the chain ….simply delicious. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to getaway for business or pleasure."
