"The room itself was OK. But the breakfast area was kept clean by a very pleasant and friendly attendant. I give her 5 stars."
"The hotel is in a good location. It is a 5 min drive to the industrial park. Rooms are spacious, but the Wi-Fi range is Very Poor in the Room on the 3rd Floor. Breakfast is the same as other Fairfield Marriott locations. Customer Service at Check-in and Checkout was Super friendly and very helpful."
"Great staff especially at the front desk and breakfast dining room. The rates for pets are always the best in the entire Memphis area. You will not go wrong staying at this hotel."
"Single woman arriving at midnight alone. Rings button to be let in. Two worker keep their back to the door. It takes a guest leaving to be let inside. I asked why it took so long. She said it was a shift change (ok so leaving a guest outside and not acknowledging them is OK). After confusion with points vs paying I stepped outside to get my bag. Once again I ring the bell to get in. The worker has their backs to the front doors and would not stop wiping counter. Other worker is nowhere to be seen. Shift change work I guess. So I wait and knock on the glass to get her attention. Once again a guest leaving has to let me inside. At this point the worker was so bothered by my “banging on the glass” that she refused to help me. At that point it went down hill fast. I told her I have been driving 8 hours. It’s midnight. We are a night away from Titanium Status. She said no leave I will not let you have a room. And was quick to give me her GMs card. Now that is all on camera. The owners will be notified because it sounds like the GM protects this type of protocol. Marriott corporate was appalled."
"Nice hotel that is a 10 minute drive from the Mike Rose Soccer Complex. The rooms are a little outdated but they are nice enough. All the staff I encountered were nice and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas around the hotel, some in walking distance. The breakfast buffet was nice and not too crowded."
