"I've heard of this place for a while and finally decided to try it out. i called ahead and got the pastrami cold cut sandwich on ciabiatta, no cheese, light on mayo. it was a surprisingly tasty, no-nonsense sandwich :)"

"We have been here a few times. Today the Tri tip sandwich was a 10 out of 10! Best I have ever had. Tender and juicy!! You have to try it!!!"

"It is music to my palate, when you come to Zarri’s and find in the simplicity of a local store , the quality that fully satisfies you. I had an amazing Tuna Melt with Fontina. The texture contrast between the bread and the contents was superb. The tuna contents where full of flavor! And In addition the person I was with, had a Lettuce Wrap, that could be considered a Keto nugget -Double Pastrami ( made in house), Provolone and Avocado. We felt at home and nourished .I am great full for places like Zarri’s, real people, real food and delicious!"

"It's been a while since I've last been in. I would come to Zarri's at least once a week back in the 80's when in high school then intermittently after I left town and would visit from time to time. I always got the Poor Boy and loved it and this time I ordered the Poor Boy Deluxe on sourdough. It was good. The meats were all tasty, the produce was very fresh and the sourdough was fresh with a crunchy crust. I think I will go back to the regular Poor Boy next time, for some reason the Deluxe just didn't do it for me. The service was excellent, fast and they were very nice. The inside seems like it hasn't changed very much since I was a teen.. and that a good thing. Very cool. Still has that real deli feel, well, because it is a real deli, how about that? All in all, this is a really good place to get a sandwich. I'll be back for sure since I'm always in town for business but I'll be getting the regular Poor Boy for now on. *New Follow @WhatsEatingMo Twitter - IG - YouTube Reviews and videos on all kinds of stuff, places and food."

"Great, straight-forward, old fashioned deli. I've been coming here since 1983 and still love the regular deli sandwiches which seem more difficult to find. (Gregoire and Summer Kitchen are excellent, but you can't get turkey on rye!) Family run; at least on the second generation. The owner is very personable and lived in Spain. Ask him about it if it's not too busy."
