"Great location to Beale St. Warm welcome when we arrived, but failed when it came to getting vehicle from valet when leaving. Room was stunning though. Clean, well appointed. Appears to be an older building, but updated with modern amenities. When leaving there was no valet to retrieve my car and I had to go get it around the block. Car was ‘perhaps’ on the third or fourth floor, and elevator at parking garage was broken, so it was a 4 floor hike with luggage at 3:30 am. Not impressed."
"5 stars further incredibly friendly staff. The folks there made me feel like it was a home away from home. The rooms are spacious and clean. The distance from Beale St. is about 5 blocks. I highly recommend this hotel."
"Great Hotel in downtown Memphis. Rooms were unique and spacious. It was very quiet. Didn’t hear other guests. At one point we wondered if any other guests were there! Also, location was wonderful. 5-10 min Walk to Beale street. Reasonable pricing too Lastly, the staff was very friendly."
"Every staff member was friendly - Bellhop, Valet, Front Desk, Maintenance staff, and Buffet hostess. The king studio rooms work well for relaxing and cooking if you want to prepare some of your own food while there - or reheat leftovers. We enjoyed our stay. Sufficient security at both entrances to ensure Beale Street revelers or homeless don’t bother the hotel guests. Nice view from the rooftop."
