I tried to talk with the female that worked there about the smog service. price and wait time and she just took my registration/smog form and walked away from me and went to her computer. I had questions to ask and she didn’t want to hear anything that I had to say. She just used hand gestures to communicate with me and then got up set when I didn’t understand her. Rushing the whole process the whole time . Don’t go here people trust me not worth the frustration or headache"

"Fast service, convenient location. Easy access. Cost me $50 for a 2010 Prius as of 06-2018. I believe price is good. There is a Starbucks across the street and some other small shop and a supermarket. It can get busy. Overall very satisfied. I go there every time I need smog check. It is a smog only station."

"I called around in the area to get the price quote for smog test. Shop owner gave me better pricing than anyone around him in 10miles area. I went to him and he started working on it right away. It took around 15min and I was ready to head out. There is no place to sit area, however, there is a store right across street (Ocean Market) you can head out there for time pass. I don't think so we should have high expectation for fancy customer service from small businesses like this, however, important thing is, I got price quote for smog test and this guy did what he promised without asking me for expensive repairs unless needed for the task."
