Kelsey was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions ranging from quality of build, installation to what I can do to the interior after installation. The purchase process was super easy and took less than 5 minutes. The day of the install, the crew arrived on time (a rarity today) and. they had the safe room installed within an hour! They cleaned up leaving no mess behind and showed me the in's and out's of the shelter. My family is so happy with our shelter and we are beyond pleased that we went with National Storm Shelters!"

We went to their facility and were able to see the many models they offer. We are new to Nashville and miss our basement during storms. We now have a new 4X6 storm shelter, which can also be used as a safe room. I asked about color options, and they were willing to let me select a color that matched the inside of our garage.
