"Our delivery guy, Iran (Jr.), shows the utmost professionalism. A man that not only truly loves his job but also takes pride in it. He is such a pleasant human. He strategically takes material (heavy and awkward to maneuver) off the truck and places it where it can’t get damaged. If you are ever lucky to get him as your delivery guy, make a point to say hello to him. I hope Town and Country knows what an asset they have when it comes to having him on their team. Office people need tons of work. They seems to always have an attitude. They talk to you like you’re stupid."
"Office closed today due to illness of staff. I'm on the road on sales calls. Jordan, the delivery driver, gives me a courtesy call with eta. I explained nobody there and requested he drop materials in back lot. Calls me after delivery to inform me he had used some of our pallets to protect the shipment instead of dropping on ground. I thank him for the thoughtfulness. He replies, "I work for you, sir!" When I get there, everything neatly stacked on pallets. Didn't know there were any like him around anymore. Blew me away. T&C - you got a keeper in this guy."
