"Literally over an hour to buy a single bag of machine screws, and they didn't even have the basic machine screws I needed. They told almost every customer they were out of at least one thing they asked for. They weren't even busy. In the hour I was there they served 5-6 total customers. Unbelievable. Nice guys, but nobody has time to wait around all day to be told they don't have it. Go anywhere else."

"Friendly and helpful service. Came in for just a couple screws, he told me it was a dollar. Thought I didn't have any cash on me, he said it was fine, I could just take the screws. I realized I had a dollar in my jacket pocket do I was able to pay him, but it was a real nice thing to do and he a like he would rather build good will with customers than lose $1 of merchandise"
