"Movie was good and bar service was great. Unfortunately I waited 16 minutes for 1 hotdog because the girl that was supposed to make the food was not there. My order was the only one on the bump screen for the entire 16 minutes and all they had to do was heat up the bun and put the one hotdog they had on the roller on it. I asked a kid 5 minutes into waiting if I can get someone to make my hotdog. He said that someone was making it. Literally no one looked at that screen until the girl running the register told one of the boys to make the hotdog. Then the kid that made it was complaining that he had to make it cause the girl that was supposed to be at her station was not there."

"Sound is great, sears are comfy. The disinterested employees who seemed oblivious that the nearly complete automation of the ticket process will eventually steal their jobs were too wrrapped up in conversation and their smart phones to be bothered, as evidenced by the irritation displayed when anyone dared to interrupt and ask for help. We will return to going to Regal from here on out."

"I should've taken pictures. The theater was super comfy, big and nice but the hall carpets and lady's bathroom needed cleaning badly. Papers and popcorn everywhere. I took my parents and we all were surprised at how unkempt it looked. 1st time at the movies since 2020 Covid times."

"Ava is a great employee! She fixed our issues with the self serve kiosk not charging the right amount for tickets immediately. She was also very kind and considerate while helping us. Scanner wouldn't scan amc stubs qr code but she stayed patient and sweet. Thank you, Ava! We know it can't be easy dealing with customers and you made us very happy. On another note, please fix the soda ratios - the past several times we have gone to a movie at AMC SR9 there was too much syrup and not enough carbonation."

"Service is so so like everywhere but this is a really nice theater. You have to pick your seats when you purchase your tickets so there’s no seat fighting, which is nice. All seats are full recliners with plenty of room for people to pass through the rows. Decent selection of snacks but not cheap so if you’re really hungry eat before you go."
