"Decant is our new favorite in Medford and of our absolute favorites in the entire valley. It definitely deserves to be packed every night. The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is welcoming. The flavors of all the dishes we’ve tried are so interesting and absolutely delicious! I appreciate their business ethic – – most of their food is locally sourced and organic. We look forward to trying everything on the menu as we continue to come back! My husband says I shouldn’t write this review, because if I do, we won’t be able to get a table in the future. I say, we’ll just book further ahead because I had to write this review!"
"Outstanding experience all around. The service was highly professional, fully engaged, and attentive. We tried multiple items as it was our first time and the kitchen knocked every single thing out of the park without a miss. The pork belly and foccacia bread as apps were amazing, and the entrees were without peer. We had the Rack of Lamb and the Teres Major, and the steak may be my new favorite cut now. Even the sides (Brussel sprouts and truffle fries) were great, then to cap the meal, we were treated to the best dessert fruit tart we have ever had."
"Fantastic high end dining in Medford. We sat outside on a warm summer’s evening and It was perfect. There was some light jazz playing and it really fit the atmosphere. The food was spectacular and worth every penny. I ordered the Wagyu beef tenderloin and it literally melted in my mouth. Wine selection was great and they also made a very tasty Old Fashioned. Service was lovely, very friendly and attentive. We couldn’t ask for more. I cannot recommend this place enough. Do yourself a favor and take someone you love."
