"I came to pick up a Kayak after work on August 30th , I really want to recognize an associate who went far and beyond with customer service ! Mr. Terry!!! He was absolutely amazing and one of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time ! I really hope this message gets to him, he also wanted me to call the store to let him know I made it home safely due to driving from Portland to Lebanon to pick up the kayak I always wanted to get myself, unfortunately the lebanon store didn’t have this kayak in store so I drove to the closest Tractor Supply that did, and I’m honestly glad I came to this one. Also Nikki was really good with her customer service as well. Please let them both know I appreciate them both so much!!!"
