"I was in the middle of a meltdown and had to pull over. I found myself in Ruby’s parking lot and decided to go in. I let them know I was in crisis, they instantly said, ok, what do you need? I picked the first thing I could think of and got a delightful smoothie. I was told to sit down and relax, taking all the time I needed. Such wonderful kindness! We need more cafe’s like Ruby’s."
"Met a friend from out of town for lunch. Alonna served us yummy sandwiches and lattes. I rarely eat meat but could not resist the Rubens with sweet potato fries.The food was tasty and filling, service quick and polite with smiles and conversation. Highly recommend lunch here."
"Got to go and found two pepperonis in the burrito had the stems and tops still on them, making it impossible to eat. When I brought these in to Ruby’s the next day to show them they said “what can I say, we use fresh ingredients.” I told her it’s impossible to eat through hard stems of these and she got the manager Chris. They stated they could give me a refund but only if I could provide the exact time of my visit the previous day. When I told them I didn’t know, Chris became frustrated, looked to me and said “we’ve got to get this moving. Just give her cash then if she’ll leave.” Absolutely horrendous customer service and inedible burrito."
