Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Thought I went to a professional place, so I won’t get my drive way dirty. Came back home after paying $260 for an oil change and there was oil leaks all over. My driveway is stained now, I am not sure if the oil filter was even changed. Here are all the photos after the oil change"

"I went in to get tires rotated and an oil changed. I could have done the oil change at home easily but mainly went in because it is far faster to get tires rotated at a shop than at home. They said they didn’t have the correct lug nut to change my tires. I provided them with my lug nut which they said was not the right size. They continued to change my oil while I looked for another lug nut. They were unable to rotate my tires but still changed the oil which I then paid for. They not only did not rotate my tires, but also did not show me my air filter, offer to check the cabin air filter, set my tires to the correct pressure, or offer to assist with resetting the maintenance lights. I feel as if there should be more done on the part of the shops management when their technicians fail to meet a customers needs."

"These people always go far and beyond the expectation for customer service. They treat you as well as you can expect from a high class level oil change location. They are a little expensive, but it's well worth it because you get out of there with a great feeling and peace of mind regarding your vehicle. I recommend this place and any of their locations to everyone."
