"Honestly, very disappointed. I used to work for this dealership when it was under different ownership, so decided to bring my gt350 by for an oil change. You know, support the place. Made an appointment, great. Took them over 3 hours for an oil change. Ridiculous considering I had a 8am appointment. On top of that the service manager was busy chatting it up while I waited to pay. Almost got in my car and left, it was like he didn't give a dang that I was standing there for 10 minutes waiting to pay. Ended up asking a different service manager if I could pay with him. Will not come back."
