"I usually like coming here as it’s a good deal and quick service but they tried to take advantage of me just this past week. I was told my battery was testing at half the strength it should be. I thought that was weird but declined to replace it because it would be more than double than getting it replaced at Auto Zone/O’Reilly. So I go and get it tested at two other places and it’s perfectly fine. For future reference, don’t assume someone is completely clueless about cars because they’re a woman."
