"Be careful. He feels you out. He made a big fuss over my vehicles' electrical problem. He said that my "Type" of vehicle is difficult to work on. I know my vehicle. He used his scanner, said the cig lighter didn't work and then asked me, "How much do you want to spend, $300, $500?". ..How much I want to spend?, I replied. I left, went elsewhere and within 30min I was told it was a bad connection with a fuse. New Fuse $5, labor $25. Miller thought I was ignorant and tried to scam me. Be aware. He doesn't like intelligent, sophisticated women. I felt him out as well. I drive a Ford Escape, maintain it above average and its been good to me for 21yrs. And he behaved as if it would take hours upon hours just to find the problem. What a joke and sad at the same time. I also drive a 1961 Ford Falcon, 1959 Chevy Corvette, 2004 Nissan 350Z and my 2012 Jeep Liberty. I love vehicles. I have done tune-ups, oil changes, changed alternators, starters and batteries. I helped my friend build a Ford Pinto Funny car in the 70's that was raced by my friend out in Irvine back in the day. Just be forewarned. Be aware.
