"The team, or should I say duo, at Pirate Auto Group is outstanding! That's right a duo! Deron and Erin were extremely informative and helped me with every step along the way, from sourcing parts to pricing to setting an appointment. Deron himself even went out of his way to educate me on certain components and how they worked. Moreover, they were both extremely flexible with scheduling and postponing the service date, with Erin welcoming the multiple calls I had for questions and consulting. As for the service itself, I could not have asked for a faster labor rate. Deron worked his mechanic magic and finished not only a full clutch replacement but also multiple seals (i.e. axle seals, oil cooler seal, etc.), parts replacement (clutch master/slave cylinders), and installed front/rear rigid subframe collars all within an afternoon. I dropped my car off at 9:30 a.m. and had it back by 5 p.m.! I have been driving my car for about 3 months now and have had no issues what so ever. The car feels planted with no more leaks and a fresh clutch, it is as torque-y as it can be. Definitely will return for future projects and highly recommend PAG for any automotive services!"

"To give credit where credit is due, relationship started off amazing. The shop was reasonable, friendly and prompt. I thought I had found my mechanic for a very long time. I do have to admit, I was not a “high end customer”. I was not some race build but more of little jobs that added up to a couple hundred dollars (for now, business is a marathon, not a sprint). I needed some more work done so I called and I was told they were extremely busy and that the wait was 2 weeks out. Ok, I waited. Got a text it would be longer. Ok, I waited again. After not hearing from them, I would call and I would be ignored (probably because they had my number on caller ID). I would call from my business phone and they would answer. They scheduled me again for the next week. Guess what? They rescheduled me again. I tried calling and texting (I have all the proof) and was ignored. I finally gave up and took my business elsewhere but not before I leave this review of my experience. What pushed me to leave this review and bring down their 5 star rating was this. I patiently waited my turn simply to be ignored. Instead of them wasting 4 weeks of my car not getting worked on and pushing me to the side, they should of just said, “ you aren’t a big enough job, we are choosing to not work on your car.” At least i would of respected them but now, they get my bad review and they are losing my business and referrals for ever. This is how they treat you if you aren’t some high paying race build so beware."
