"I took my car in for some body repair work. I had a bumper ad fender replaced. Car was at shop for over1 month before they started working on it. I went there several times throughout to check the progress but still things were moving slowly. When they said car would be ready , I went and parts weren’t on car and now my car was vandalized supposedly by an ex worker. So now my car has to be painted to repair the damage. So that was done and I picked up car. As I looked at car I noticed that the color was all wrong. I texted owner Pete telling him that it’s the wrong color it doesn’t match. I said get the right color and you need to fix it, he says okay. I take the car back one Saturday morning and he says that the color is correct and it only looks like that because it’s new paint. Mind you, when the car was damaged, it was nearly the whole car. Only part not touched was 1 door and back fender. Pete decided to just paint the damage and with the wrong color everything but this 1 door and fender and half of the back bumper. Ive taken the car to 2 different places and they said he painted with the wrong color and didn’t do a good job painting. I paid him cash for the services and will never return to this shop again. I’m hoping this review helps you decide to rethink taking any car to get repaired at this location unless you want to pay twice by taking it somewhere else after he returns it to you so that your car is done the right way."

"Steve at Palace Body Shop delivers excellent customer service to his clients. Both myself and my mother have taken our cars there. He is always there to greet you with a smile and several jokes. More importantly, from the moment I stepped in the office until I picked up my car, I felt that my concerns were being addressed and he truly cared about the outcome with my insurance company. Steve communicated with the adjuster and I had to do nearly nothing during the process. And the best part was that once my car was repaired, it looked as good as new. I would definitely recommend this body shop if you are looking for a place to fix your car correctly the first time and limit the hassle of dealing with your insurance company!"
