I lived in Culver City so this was my go to place for service and it’s always been wonderful but when I moved I figured I’d take my car in to a different ford dealership for a nail in my tire. What they said didn’t sound right so I made the drive over here for a second opinion from a place I knew I could trust and they fixed me up same day. You will not find better customer service, and a special shout out to Jack who helped me- he deserves a raise! I know that thanks to him this is the only place I plan to take my car to."

"We just moved back to Los Angeles and had been told in another state that our newer For Maverick had some brake issues but they didn't have time to fix them. They mentioned that it was a problem with the vehicle and not one we had caused. We took our truck to another prominent dealership in the area whom made us pay to get it inspected and diagnosed it as our fault which I knew better so we found Airport Marina online and took it there. I thought it was very inappropriate that they would charge us to inspect the car that was 1.5 years old and 18,000 miles on it. However I managed to talk them down to a less because I wanted to get a second opinion. Garo had our trucks brakes taken off and inspected and found that there was an unusual factory defect on the back of the brakes causing them to be raised in some areas but look like they were almost worn out. They were able to fix them at no cost to us and without an inspection cost. Since it was a factory problem and the brakes were like that when we purchased the car originally they were able to get it covered by Ford. GARO IS A LIFE SAVER. I am 100% recommending this dealership for any services you have. Garo made a point to go over everything with us and he was straight with us from the moment we pulled in with our truck. He made us feel like we were in good hands that we could trust. Someone who would look out for our needs and made us feel safe, someone who wouldn't take advantage of us. He was friendly, thorough, accommodating and completely honest with us from the moment we met. I appreciated his detailed overview of the situation and the notes he gave us on our dismissal sheet. He walked us through everything until we felt completely comfortable. This guy is a class act and I would assume that the dealership that employees such a wonderful person must be one too!
