"It’s ok. I use the pass so I can get my car washed as often as I want. I’m picky about things being dried and window’s being wiped clean~ that’s a rarity at this car wash, therefore I usually finish it up at self vacuum spot."

"I’ve taken my vehicle here maybe a dozen times. Always did a decent enough job. I took my truck here today and was told it’s an extra $10 because there’s mud on my car. It’s a car wash - I’m not bringing a clean car here. $10 extra on a $30 wash is offensive. An extra 33% at a car wash to…. wash my car… I rarely believe in second chances so I won’t be coming back to a car wash that charges extra to wash your car. 2 stars because at least they told me beforehand and I had the opportunity to leave."

"I have been going to the Simi Auto Spa since it opened and have never had an issue. Now that I live in Palmdale I don't get to visit as much as before. I decided to make the trip since my car really needed a good cleaning. When my car was being cleaned it was moved with the rear hatch open. I didn't think anything of it and when I went to pick up my car the rear hatch was open and the employee closed it after giving me the keys and letting me get in. I get home and walk around the car to see a huge scratch on my hatch. On top of that the express wax and wash that I got was lack luster. There were a lot of water spots on the car and the floor mats still had dirt on them. I will probably never visit this location again now that I will be spending hundreds of dollars to get my car repaired. I invite the owner to make this right so I can change my review to 5 stars."

"Love this car wash!! They take really good care of my car and it’s immaculate when they hand me the keys! Everyone is so friendly, happy and some are actually singing or whistling while they work. You should check it out!!"

"I wouldn’t suggest taking my car again, my tires were not clean right and my dash was also still dusty. Overall, I’m not happy with the service this time around."
