"So, I did purchase one of their products (7000TL) in open box, I paid, received my invoice and got charged the same day, a week after I haven't received a single update, when I emailed them, I was told my payment didn't go through, after that I called my bank and I was told they DID receive the money, and there was no problem in the transaction. Now o have to wait for 7 or 10! Days till I get my money back... No compensation, no further explanation, nothing! just made me waste time."

"Absolutely horrible customer service and questionable quality control. Ordered a 5000lb lift back in late October . Received 2 of 3 boxes (these are a 3 box shipment) in early November. As of today (Nov 27th) , a month later still no 3rd box. I have called (good luck getting through to anyone--be prepared to waste a good part of your day waiting for someone to pick up despite being advised by the robot that "your estimated wait time is 1 minute") ) this company 3 separate times now and have been told, "oh yeah, your order is in but for some reason it didn't get to the shipping dept. I'll take care of that right now and move you to the front of the line--it should ship out in one day".Yeah right, total BS, same story every time I've called, still no box or shipping confirmation. I got so frustrated by their runaround, I ordered a 7000lb lift from Home Depot after confirming with them that the product was indeed in stock and would be delivered on time. HD actually followed through on their commitment with all 3 boxes delivered on time. Here's the problem though: I unpacked the boxes and was in the process of assembling the unit only to find out there were no shrader valves in either of the air cylinders ! additionally, there were protective caps missing on 2 of the hydraulic hoses (debris can easily ruin a hydraulic pump system). I called tech support to explain the valves were missing and they were totally unsurprised stating " yeah, that happens quite a lot". Really ?? Although I think their product is probably a good one (time will tell) , their customer service and apparent known lack of quality control is unacceptable. There are other lift systems out there, and had I read more of these reviews first , I probably would have considered buying from someone else. Update 12/01/2020: Quickjack finally came through as promised. I received the missing package for the 5000 lb lift originally ordered today via FedEx. I'll give them credit for doing what they said they would do but I still think they need to up their customer service skills. On another note: I had a chance to use the 7000 lb (after buying locally and installing the missing schrader valves as mentioned above) lift I ordered secondarily as a result of not receiving the original 5000 lb one. It works very well and appears to be solidly built so I'm pleased with their product thus far."

"My experience with QuickJack has been amazing. The ordering process was efficient and easy. I needed to select a product that could be used on a few different vehicles that ranged in size and weight. Dona Soto was great and made the product selection a breeze. Outstanding product and service."

"01-31-2019 I purchased my QuickJack BL-5000SLX in November 2017. It was fairly easy to set up which took a few hours and some ATF. Watching online videos is good. I have used it for 6 different jobs on our cars so far. Two of these I could not have done without it as it lifts higher than jack stands do, and much safer. So far it has rather effortlessly lifted two NA Miatas, a 2007 Saab 9-3, and a friends 2018 Camaro SS and 2018 M2. I had to purchase aluminum magnetically attached pinch weld jack points from a separate online vendor to use with the Camaro. I will use these for the Miatas also, but until now I have just used the standard rubber blocks inboard of the Miata pinch welds. After I bought these I saw that QuickJack sells pinch weld blocks which look good and may work the best. I recently had one of the QuickJack air cylinders leaking air, losing its air withing a few hours. The other cylinder would hold over 40 lbs of air for weeks to months. QuickJack tech support was good to me and sent a new cylinder which arrived 4 days after I called. The QuickJack seems to work fine anyway, but to avoid any future problems I will change out the cylinder. It likely has been leaking since purchase; I did not check the air cylinder very often. I would recommend checking air pressure before each use. Bottom line, I really like this thing, especially how portable it is, being able to use it indoors or out."

"Update: My post was seen by the marketing team leading to a Director and SrVp stepping in to take care of me. I still stand but my original review of their CS team but do to people outside of CS getting involved and how they traded me I will give them a 3 star instead of the original 1. Original: Worst customer service I have ever worked it. They will not return a phone call or email. I have been calling for 1.5 months to return a defective product. Some also swapped my original power unit for a stack of old LCD screens."
