"Terrible customer service. Use a different caliber location. The staff at this location was extremely slow in everything they did. They did not call me about my vehicle even when they promised they would, and they turned a 2 day repair into a 5 day repair. When I made my first appointment with them I showed up only to find out they had completely forgotten about my appointment. Then once we rescheduled so I could drop off my car they made me sit there for 35 mins just to give the guy my keys. The repair was 8/10, some minor paint cleanup issues but otherwise good. Use a different branch."
