"Beware! It takes them up to 72 hours to confirm. The price offered may not be the price they come back with. In our experience, it was hirer and after waiting 72 hours all the car prices had gone up more. The price they came back with was the same as other carriers. Plus, you will not know the rental car agency or the car rental agency until 48 hours prior. I want to know upfront what the insurance rules are by the agency. So you find out 48 hours prior and they allow cancellation 48 hours prior so they can catch you. I will not use again based upon their deceptive practices. There are plenty of other reputable companies to use!"

I was outside the 48 hr. window and expected to lose my down payment completely. Paul offered me a credit!
