Mike and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, timely, communicative, and repairs were done to my expectations. When the car was returned to me, not only was it washed on the outside, but the inside was vacuumed and wiped down as well. I was definitely not expecting that and it was a pleasant surprise. "Everyone was extremely helpful from the beginning of the repair to the end… They communicated with my insurance company and the rental car company and went above and beyond the call of duty when the rental car auto locked itself with the key fob inside while I was at the gas station filling it up. They helped communicate with enterprise, since my phone was locked inside my car. Fortunately, the ladies at the Shell station were willing to let me use their phone to make contact!"

Amazing costumer service and walked me through all the steps and showed me photos of what my car looked like throughout the entire process of it being repaired. He answered all my questions without any hesitation. Huge shoutout to Savannah as well! She kept me fully updated on my car and was extremely helpful with questions I had as well.
