They're really good at communicating as they go, but also are good at not pushing for added services you don't need. They let me know that my breaks are wearing down, but didn't try and scare me into replacing them right then and there as some shops would do for the money. They're really good at just letting you know what's going on with your car and giving you all your options without feeling pressured."

They kept to their quoted price and they let me know if anything else needed to be fixed and called me before they did anything so there wasn't a suprise at the end.
