"I found them on instagram on some promo videos and they looked pretty promising. I called them wanting to get a rough estimate simply on how much they would charge to install rock lights on a truck. The guy who answered was being unprofessional and rude and said he doesn’t give quotes over the phone and said I had to come in. We’re always pretty busy and don’t have the flexibility to come in whenever, also adding that we live about 30 mins from Elk Grove. I was just asking how much for a 24 rock light set up, they use Oracle lighting so they are familiar with their prices. Didn’t even ask for the make or model of truck, didn’t even introduce himself. Very unprofessional I was looking forward to working with Elite Audio but not no more. Looks like they don’t care about their customer service, about professionalism, and much less first impressions which is what a business should be heavy on. I wanted to ask about wheel lights and a train horn but after the initial conversation, he didn’t even let me bring it up. I understand if they didn’t give full on quotes over the phone. I just wanted to know a very rough estimate on what their prices range from and the man was being rude."
