"They continue to gaslight me about what is wrong with my car. Have lied 3 times about what need to be fixed/ replaced usually to the cost of at least 1500 dollars on my car only to be told by another mechanic that there's nothing wrong with the parts. They also keep saying they have done things that they never actually did. Whatever you do, do not trust or do any business with this company."
"I’m giving this 2 star review because of the service advisor. The service itself seems to have been great with no issues. We brought our car in for a CVT Fluid Exchange and were given 3 different prices. The first initial estimate, a text confirmation with the “final price” and then another price when we came to pick up the vehicle. All about $100 higher each time. That isn’t even the issue, I get it- car maintenance is expensive. When we asked about the difference in price from the text confirmation and the check out price the service advisor became weirdly defensive and combative. Saying “I don’t play games with people” when we were simply asking why was there a difference in price. I spent over $400 for basically a transmission fluid flush and I’d expect some decent customer service. I won’t be using this facility again."
