"5 stars is not enough! I will not go anywhere else before first going to see Tony and his crew. My check engine light was on and I knew it was my catalytic converter. I was told by another mechanic it was going to be very expensive and should think about selling the car. I decided to look around to see what could be done. Called Tony at Muffler Express to schedule an appointment. He asked a few questions on the phone and told me to bring it in that day so he could check it out free of charge. They looked it over and figured out they could find the part and do the job for half the price. The only thing was I'd have to wait a few days because the part was in So Cal. I had no problem because of the cost savings. I then got a call a few hours later telling me he found it locally and if I could come back, he'd do the job that day. I was in and out within 30 min and he showed me the damaged part from my car. These days customer service is at an all time low. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Tony putting in the extra effort to get me taken care of and the transparency on the work being done is something that you don't see anyone.
