"Chris (owner) and Shawn (manager) are amazing to work with. They are very honest and trustworthy. I took my SUV in for an oil change, and tire rotation, and explained to them a shaking in my steering wheel and brakes whenever I pressed on the brakes. They offered to do a brake inspection and said they would let me know if I needed to get my brakes replaced or not. I can honestly say they did an amazing job on replacing my brakes and rotors which I knew it was time to replace. These two along with their mechanics are professionals and very trustworthy. This is the second vehicle I have brought here for repairs and I am still amazed by their communication skills and work done here. I highly recommend Roseville Auto Repair!"

"Went it, very positive and polite staff. Not a single rude interaction. Very straightforward about what I needed worked on and when I came in around 2 for a job they handled it with ease. One of the mechanics told the guy I was talking to they'd have 2 guys on my car to get it done before 5pm asap. Its those little things that tell you this shop cares about its customer. After my car was done my mechanic told me what was still wrong with my car. He was honest about what still needed to be fixed and gave me my money back when they couldn’t do the alignment my car needed due to my cars ongoing issues. You don’t have to worry about getting ripped off here folks. Honest, capable, hardworking shop worth every penny."

"I’ve brought two cars here, a Hyundai sonata that had a broken axle and control arm, it had happened on the freeway and I called Roseville Auto Repair & Lube at 2pm (they close at 5) and they got me in same day with no questions asked. They went above and beyond to run all over the city getting me parts, staying after hours, keeping me updated and informed. They did an amazing job with everything. Just a couple days ago, I had an engine sensor issue with my brand new car and they fit me in next morning at opening time, ran diagnostics, checked components, got me a new part within two hours. They called me right before closing and said it’s all good and ready to pick up!! I am beyond happy with the outcome. They are very thorough with their work and don’t cheap out on parts. Both cars received parts from Napa Auto and the technician used his personal vehicle and time off the clock to drive 1hr to get them for me. This is the only shop I’ll let work on my cars! Very honest and truthful about any issues! Give them a shot and you will not be disappointed!!!"
