I had a 9am appointment to install simple bolt on exhaust system, the guy is a hour late, then tries to charge me extra because he can't figure it out and all of a sudden wants to charge me a hourly rate rather than the quoted price. 11am now still not done, and says he is putting it back if I don't want to pay for the extra time. Screw this place, I'm going to a real muffler shop."
