"They literally left me because I booked in my mom's AAA name whose account I'm under and they didn't want to give me the 2 minutes to call AAA and put it under my actual name, even though I'm under my mom's account. The tow truck driver literally left me when I was in distress and not in a safe spot. All of the dispatch staff was super rude not understanding and they have no knowledge of EMPATHY! If you're calling for a tow it's obviously already a stressful situation you should have some tact when dealing with people!"
