When they got my car, they noticed I had damage to one of my panels and offered to fix it at cost ($100). Amazing. Overall, Pro American did a flawless job with the paint. "One of the best auto shop experiences! As someone not too knowledgeable about cars, I brought my car over here and Jim, the manager, helped me confirm what was wrong. Turns out, it was an electrical issue (not necessarily the stuff they do). So Jim personally walked across the street so I could still get my car taken care of! He explained the issue to them and then told me to come back and see him when they were done. Once I finished with the electrical work at SV tires, I headed back and told Jim the diagnoses. Even then he was helpful! He told me where to go get the parts I needed, gave me his card and told me who to talk to, and I even got a discount over there because I knew Jim! He is seriously awesome! Literally my first positive auto shop experience in Orange County (one place overcharged and another had weeks long wait and also overcharged). I will be making the drive just to come to this place!
