"I’m so sad to see any negative reviews on here. Javi has been my mechanic for 6 years for my Fiancé and I. I have price shopped at other shops and there has not been one time ever that he didn’t beat their prices and he didn’t even know that I did that! If something still didn’t seem right with my car he handled it immediately. Javi is also very nice and patient and done his best to go above and beyond irregardless of how busy he is. If you feel you had a poor experience but really want a great mechanic shop I would suggest giving it another shot and chalk it up to being human and that we’re not perfect. I only say this because I’ve gone to him consistently and never have a had a bad experience."

"Honestly the man is a liar. Starts a conversation with you with "how can I help you" and then does everything to NOT help you. I needed these small muffler ears welded to my exhaust pipe, which is outside the bike and super accessible but he claims he cannot weld the type of Steel which is normal stainless steel just like any other exhaust system any car would have which I have done multiple we practically any vehicle I've ever owned. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere"

"Made an appointment for estimate and to drop off my classic Mustang after Roman at the body shop around the corner recommended javi’s. It was around 9am and I drove up from san clemente. I spoke with the mechanic, reviewing the work to be done we discussed via phone call the prior week but was told TO COME BACK NEXT WEEK because they were too busy. I made an appt to drop off the car for repair. This required my family members and I to work around my schedule so that I could get a 25+ minute ride back home. This experience was off putting; unprofessional and disappointing because this place came highly recommended."

"Stay away from this place, Javier is not an Honest person, he will use your car for Personal use to have his family or friends while you think your car is getting fixed, plus he will use your Gas and charge you for it, we took our car to Javier's shop for an issue with the battery, he said he had fixed the problem, he change our SUV's oil with out asking us first? the oil on that car could has to be replaced every 10k miles, he had change the oil several times, so he has a record of when the oil was changed the last time, it was only 4k miles ago, my wife's new ear-pods were missing form the trunk, Javier and or his mechanic, friends or family took the time to freely browse around the trunk were they had nothing to do, except for checking the battery, bottom line, if you don't care that Javier is using your car for his personal or professional use, and charges you for gas saying you have no gas and he had to put gas because he left the car running to test it out, don't mind if things disappear from your car keep taking your car to his shop, We would never take our cars back to his shop. I only gave him 1 star so Google let's me write the review, stay away from this Shop,not an honest person."
