"Messy but fast service. I called before I came. I was giving a price for the combination of oil change and car wash. Therefore, I arrived to this shop. It was not convenient but rather awkward to try to find the car wash line and the office, plus the oil change garage, since they were all spread out in three different directions. When I called earlier, no body gave me any information and instructions as where to go and where to go first. Therefore, I went to follow other cars to drop off my car in the car wash line. One guy holding a clipboard or a ticket book, came to me and acted very rude and unreasonable. He told me that I must go to do my oil change first, to another side of the gas station, then come back to wait into his line again. He then pushed me to choose a car wash price. I kept telling him that I called and I was told that I could purchase the combination. However, he seemed not to be able to understand that I didn't want to pay the separate price. I had to tell him 3 to 4 times, before he gave me a ticket to go to do oil change later. It was very frustrating and confusing for the first time customers ! After I cleared up with this rude guy, it was OK with the oil change and no more employees arguing with customers happened."

"Do not go to this spot for an oil change cost me a daily driver , had an oil change that cost over 50 dollars and it wasn’t even done right , $50 oil change on an 07 Mazda 6 seemed a bit much with regular oil . Well they never added any oil my dip stick a month later read absolutely no oil after motor seized due to no oil they claim my car had a leak on arrival . My driveway would be filled with oil if that was the case I have very small drops if that . I had the car for 2 month did light work on it to only have to sell it and get under 300 . The shop left me with it’s not our fault . I took a big loss 0stars DO NOT GO HERE!!"
