"The guy at the end of the wash does a poor job of drying the car. They don’t honor rain checks. I got my car washed and it rained as I was driving off. I returned the next day, and they didn’t wash again. Most other Lakewood car washes have a policy on rainy days — you can return within 24 hours for another run through the machine. bad!!!! Their machine sucks anyway, better car wash centers towards North Long Beach."

"I hv the monthly plan, which means I can get my car washed as much as I want for $55.00. Regular price is $16.00 per wash. They do a good job and are relatively fast. There are seats in and outside to wait and the bathroom is always clean. The counter employees and the ones that take your order upon driving up are all friendly."

"I went there today 10-26-2023 to have my Van washed and at the end of the wash when it went through the drying process the machine broke my windshield wipers and bent my radio attania in in half talked to the manager and they will not take any responsibility for the damage to my wipers and the attania , be aware of this place, if they damage anything on your car they will till you that they are not responsible just like they told me. I highly RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO HAVE IT WASHED AT THIS PLACE ."
