"After searching about a month for a shop to take in my truck and run a diagnostic on my engine due to loss of power I found Universal Truck repair, a family owned and operated shop. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by the owner with a firm handshake and a big smile on his face. I told him my issue and he immediately pulled a technician and had him take a quick look, the tech advised that he would need some more time and would have to leave the truck (I did). The fallowing afternoon I received a call from the shop, my turbo was going out and was failing because of a damaged compressor wheel that might have been caused by some debris. I had them fix the issue, while it was in the shop they also performed an oil change. I am very happy with the service they provided and the very reasonable prices. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for fair pricing and quick service while providing excellent work. Thank you UTR for taking me in with very short notice."

"Recessed docks. Need to keep one door closed depending on what dock assigned so won't shear that door off . Need to pay attention to surroundings here. Tight quarters."
"Shop was awesome !! Called them 730 am. Needed an alternator and battery for my 53ft reefer The lady at the desk jumped on it looked around and located a alternator they picked it up and started working on me by 830am Had me finished up by 10 am. And was on my way to my 11am pick up. Talk about prompt service. Keep in mind. The shop location is kind of tight if your in a tractor trailer 53 ft. So just park on the main road and they’ll come work on u there. It’s hard to get a 53 ft in front of the shop. Would recommend them If you need diesel repairs done"
