"I accidentally drove over a lot of glass and immediately the tire indicator show the tire rapidly losing air. I debated whether I was going to Artesia Tire or Pep Boys. I chose Artesia Tire because they were always reliable in the past. I was greeted by Ed who has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I told Ed what happened to the tire and that I needed to pick up my grand child from preschool in an hour and a half. Mr Ed said he would have someone check the tire and let me know if it needed to be replaced. The short version is they were able to repair the tire and I was on.my way 15 minutes later.
