He treated my situation like it was his own, he managed to make time for me even when he was busy, he kept me well informed, and he went WAY out of his way to ensure my car was back up and running. I went to him during one of the hardest times of my life without a clue why my car wouldn't start. He assured me that everything would be alright and that he would figure it out for me. Long story short, he diagnosed the problem and communicated it to me, then he had my car back to me in two days without breaking my bank.
