"Avi left my car on the street for three weeks without fixing the issues or looking for the correct parts. Ended up having to find the car on the street myself after no one would answer my calls about the maintenance. The car was covered in spiderwebs and dirt like it hadn't been touched. Had to tow it to the dealership who ordered the parts right away and fixed it in three days. Neighboring business owners said this is a common occurrence when I showed up asking where the car might be."

"Avi is a very knowledgeable mechanic, and a genuinely stand up and reliable gentleman. When my 2011 Prius was getting a Hybrid system check light and wouldn't start, he took the time to give me advice over the phone. I was unable to get out of work on time to drop the car off at his shop. But Avi agreed to meet me at my location (on his way home!) to help clear the codes on my Prius and to get it started it again. He then refused to accept money from me! Needless to say, this is not the kind of treatment that you often encounter in any service in LA or any city. Avi really came through in a pinch and helped get my car working again. Thank you Avi - I will be bringing my Prius exclusively to you from now on. I can't recommend Avi and Hybrid Fix enough to other Prius and Hybrid car owners!"
