We were driving from San Jose back home to Phx in 2 legs, and when we got to Redondo to stop for the night we thought we should bring it in somewhere before heading on to Phoenix. When we returned it was almost done, but wanted to make sure it was test-driven before the trip across the desert. Our car runs like a dream now, but more than that Simon and Phil were just really good people who truly took customer service to another level.
