"Worst car wash I have ever encountered. Paid $32 to have a Ford Ranger pick up washed, bed and interior cleaned. The bed was dirty did not clean the rubber floor mats, did not clean the tires. One of many bad experiences at this place."

"Avoid this place at all costs. Attached are picture of who Joann really is. I was working here for a good amount of time. Joann the owner steals wagesfrom her workers. From my personal account. I had times where she would clock me out right after I would do service on a vehicle. She then would lie and say, “go ahead and do this car and I’ll clock you in” only to find out later when I’d try to clock out for lunch that I wasn’t clocked in for the past 4 hours. The stories don’t stop, there’s a common denominator here that we could all see. And it tends to start with her rebuttles, towards her own clients, “ I tipped the worker for you” if that doesn’t scream gas lighting I really don’t know what would. She’s a joke, she’s extremely unprofessional and piles lies on top of lies. Nobody is afraid of you Joann, we all look at you as the joke that you are. You don’t fool anybody. This lady had audacity to have me meet her at Best Buy and offer me money and then try to turn it around and say that I bamboozling her for money. She owes all of us tons of money on Penalties for unpaid wages. I’ll be taking her to court soon."

"Poor ownership and misleading advertising I went to the car wash and brought my truck in to get cleaned. I got the package that includes cleaning inside and out. The workers were very friendly, but it was by far the worst car wash I’ve ever received. When I got in my truck, the dash and door panels were not even touched. Also, my trucked smelt like cigarettes. I do not smoke. Still haven’t been able to get rid of the smell. I called when I was on my way home to ask about the package I bought and the owner just argued with me saying there is no dirt and the truck does not smell like cigarettes. So I turned around to show her and when I wiped my hand across the dash, my hand was completely black with dirt. She said that it’s based on “time” and that my truck was dirty. Duh! That’s why I paid extra money to have you clean it! She argued with me for about 10 minutes before I eventually just left. I will never return to this place. I took my truck to 5 points in Ventura, same price, and a million times better job. It’s worth driving an extra 10-15 minutes to get what you pay for. Stay away from this establishment!"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE. The lady was rude, and tried adding her own tip on MY CARD, I was told a price on my service, when I went to pay I was told I would be charged an extra $20 for the TRUNK THATS PART OF THE VEHICLE. I would usually tip if the work was done right. The work done on my car was lazy work, work could have been done right for almost $200. Do not give this place a chance to even touch your car, spend your money else where it’s worth it. WORST SERVICE EVER. Not even the bare minimum was done! NOT EVEN VACUUMING WAS DONE RIGHT. THERE ARE STREAKS ON MY WINDOW FROM A DIRTY RAG. Didn’t even wipe down the inside of my car correctly. Pictures added are not all but some of many."

"Took the car in for full exterior detail. My car had been siting for a full month outside. I really felt bad. Top job, wax job was perfect and the trim bits were all polished. Interior clean was included.. Took about 3 hours, highly recommended to spend the money."
