"Great job from Scotty's. My car was having trouble starting. Went to an auto parts store and tested my battery, they said my alternator was bad. Went to Scotty's who ran a real diagnostic and the alternator was fine, it was the battery! (don't trust the parts store!) Got a new battery and they only charged me for the battery and install. Honesty like this is how you make loyal customers. They have all my business now. SHOP LOCAL!!"

When she got home I noticed that the battery hadn't been replaced but we were charged for it. She called up Scotty's just when they were closing and they said bring it back over.
