"Not a good experience.....went today for the 1st time they were not busy at all.....back seat was hardly vaccumed! .... I could have done a better job at home! After $31 for a reg. car wash plus a tip? I would expect at least some freshener spray or one of those ones that hang on the mirror? Nope! Inside was hardly wiped at all! I had to come home and finish the vacuum and at least rinse the floor mats! Too bad there are not many choices here in AG! Feeling ripped off! Alsmot went back to get a redo but just decided to do it myself! Won't be going back there!"

"2.5 stars. I use to realllly love this place when they detailed my husbands truck. He pays basically $400 every 4 months or so and they always do an amazing job which is why they’re getting 2 stars here. But when I took my SUV and got a mini detail and was told adding shampoo for the whole thing would increase the price from $109 to $160 I was hesitant but it needed it pretty badly. Don’t get me wrong. The suv was not in great shape, hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time as it normally sits not in use too often except around town. However, I paid an up charge for a service that should have been provided and it wasn’t. The entire back end of my vehicle was not shampooed just vaccuumed. The manager claimed they couldn’t get those areas because my trunk doesn’t open (it has a broken latch and stays shut to avoid it having issues) but all my seats fold up and 2/3 of the third row seats were removed specially to make it available to clean so it should have been done or given my money back. When I got home and went to put my mats back inside I noticed that none of the cup holders in the back were touched, I wiped tons of grime just with a finger. They obviously didn’t clean it. I called they said come back next day so I did. Upon dropping it off and picking it up they gave me horrible attitude and acted like they couldn’t be bothered. They didn’t bother to actually do the work either. It was wiped down once and that was that. It wasn’t worth my time arguing with them but I should have gotten a refund for services that weren’t provided to me. Here are photos of my cleaning the cup holders and the inside that wasn’t cleaned. Very disappointed."

"I am very disappointed with the car wash service. I paid $29 for an interior and exterior service. The outside was not cleaned properly and lack of vacuuming inside. I could have simply used my garden hose to clean my car! And vacuumed the car at home with my own vacuum or just went to the self-serve car wash across the street with much better results! Save money and just go to a self-serve car wash it would save you $ money and have a “clean” car."

"So.... I took my vehicle here to get washed yesterday. First time here. New SUV Paid $45. Needed it to be mostly vacuumed and the sunroof window done. Guy writing the ticket is trying to upsale me for clay bar treatment $130. Told him didn't need it yet. 3 other vehicles go though the was before mine. Cashier guy was cordial. 2 guys working on it, They finish up, I tip them, go to get in. Not vacuumed around the middle console. Mind you, don't have anything in this vehicle but what's in the glove compartment. I say something in Spanish, so that it isn't lost in translation. They take it to the side and vacuum it properly maybe cause I was standing there watching, IDK. Get in again to leave, sun hits it, now you can see all the streaks left on the windows. Maybe its the solution they use or towels. Didn't want to be that person, so I left. This morning, it's even worse. If this was $45 , I can only begin to imagine what their details would entail. Second star was for the cashier. In LA, $50 would have gotten me a steam on the rims too and no streaks"
