"We purchased a used Subaru from Perry’s a few weeks ago with Mike helping us out. He communicated with us for about a week and worked with us regarding what they could offer us for my trade in which worked out nicely. The Subaru we purchased was missing the roof rack keys, and a headrest in the back but Mike helped us locate the keys and mailed us a used headrest he was able to get from a local Subaru dealer. Our only complaint is that the car needed a serious clean, and that’s probably something that should be taken care of before selling a car, however the dealer subtracted the estimated price of detailing from the total price so that was a good compromise as well. We had our baby with us, so we appreciate that the paper signing was smooth, and relatively quick but their finance guy can be very pushy with selling gap insurance. Overall, they were accommodating and we love our Subbie so definitely recommend if you see something you like at Perry."
