"I never leave bad reviews, but we called AAA for roadside assistance at 1:30 pm at about 1:37 we got a message from Pete's Towing that they were on their way and would be 88 minutes, I thought that seems a bit long but okay they might be busy or there might be traffic. 98 minutes later I asked where the driver was and they said sorry he will be there in 20 minutes. I said okay again it is traffic time on a Friday. The 20 minutes passed and we called and they said oh it will be 30 minutes. Someone came to help out before the service vehicle came, I was furious we waited hours in 100-degree weather. If you're busy or your guys are not on the way then say so instead of saying you are on your way, but we called to let them know we were okay, they told us it would be 45, I just let them go to find out I wasn't there anymore, they didn't show up until 5 pm. I am never recommending them to anyone and if you can call anyone else to help call them."
