"Ohhh man, when you need emergency donuts and croissants for worker inventory at 4:30am, THIS is the place to go! Everything was tasty, fresh, and delicious! The worker had several donuts out, but one of the things I wanted was also just coming out fresh, and he made sure to give us the freshest batch! I was saddened when the baker/counter worker made a big deal when I gave him only a 5% tip, which was only like, $6.00. Always tip your counter worker! He was unbelievably grateful and gave me such a beautiful smile at such an early hour! He helped my day start off amazingly and with such happy energy! Even our workers were thrilled at having fresh snacks for having to be at work several hours before their regular shift schedule! Thank youuuuuu!~Pinks"

"I ordered three donuts this morning and instead of putting them in separate bags they shoved it all in one bag and the moment I walked out the door the bag ripped and the donuts were all over the ground. When I told them that I needed all of my donuts separated because I just dropped all of my donuts outside of their door they did not care and they double charged me again. No I'm not a cheap person so I paid for it again but it wouldn't have happened if they weren't trying to be so cheap and overstuffing a bag. Poor customer service won't be returning."

"I have never had a bland, soggy cruller until today. The chocolate dipped crullers were bad. The donut itself was terrible to begin with, and the chocolate on top wasn’t a great either. Ordered four of them and they were just chucked in a bag. Took a bite out of one and threw the whole bag away."
