"The service was ridiculously bad. Took them forever to even say hello while I stood at the counter for a long time with nobody there. I should qualify that by saying that there were two workers that I could see and nobody in front of me and one person at a table that looked like they work there. Not even a hello for about 5 minutes Worse than the service was that the donuts were just not good. That's the nicest way I could put it. It was like they didn't put any sugar in the dough and all of their frostings were thin and as close to flavorless as you could get"
"Okay listen to me and listen to me now-if you want a good bagel, donut, or pastry of any type this is THE place to go! One thing though beware of-In the early morning the line is out the door. Working folks know where to go to get the good stuff and Andy's is it."

"My SO and I stopped in after a day at a nearby spa. Though it was almost noon, they had a good selection of donuts still available. I appreciate that this place takes credit cards and cash. I'd be back. They also have breakfast sandwiches."
